Liam has always loved looking at new development sites and seeing the possibilities and positive outcomes that good development and growth can bring to an area. He is equally as comfortable in regional and rural areas as he is on the coast or in the city. After studying a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Liam invested 12 years consulting in town planning and development management with one of the largest and most capable multi-disciplined development consultancies in Queensland. This work, which he loved, took him all over the State, including small regional and rural areas. Liam’s drive to open his own business was borne of a passion to simplify the planning and development process. Liam has an in-depth knowledge of planning legislation and policy at a State, regional and local level within rural, regional, urban and city planning domains. Clients value Liam’s honesty, energy, enthusiasm and flexibility as much as they value his experience and expertise. Clear communication permeates his every action and interaction. As the company Managing Director, Liam is responsible and accountable for every element of the business and takes the lead on the Development Management side of the business.
Tiani Boulton
DIRECTOR
Tiani has been working as a town planner since 2009, graduating from the Queensland University of Technology in 2011. She has extensive knowledge in the preparation of technical reports for development applications, liaising with clients, Councils and consultants and is extremely organised, diligent and efficient. Tiani has previously worked on major projects including Master Planned Communities, various aged care facilities, intensive rural applications and educational facilities. Liam and Tiani have been working together since 2009. Tiani is the daughter of an engineer and was born and bred on the Sunshine Coast. Tiani spent many an afternoon wandering around development sites with her dad from an early age, igniting her interest in development while providing a practical understanding of development on the ground. As a company Director, Tiani is responsible for managing the Town Planning side of the business including quality assurance systems and processes.
Amanda Evans
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Amanda brings extensive knowledge and experience in building and construction to the Adapt team. Amanda supports Liam in running the business so he can focus on client service and project outcomes. Having a solid understanding of the supports required and challenges involved within a development from a construction perspective, Amanda is able to seamlessly move into a development management role in order to assist our clients. Amanda is approachable, friendly and eager to provide help. Amanda is a key member of the Adapt team in ensuring the business runs smoothly and projects are delivered at a high standard.
